Azul Military Group is a referral network and administrative support service for military veterans and their families. We help connect you to trusted home vendors and provide guidance for post-closing homeownership responsibilities.

4) Do you get paid by vendors?

Our model is designed to be transparent. In some cases, vendors may offer referral appreciation, and in other cases they do not. Regardless, you are never required to use any vendor we refer, and you can always request alternatives when available.

2) Are you realtors or a brokerage?

No. We are not realtors and not a real estate brokerage. We do not represent buyers or sellers in transactions.

5) Do you guarantee vendor pricing or quality?

We do not guarantee pricing, availability, outcomes, or workmanship. We share referrals for convenience, and you choose who to hire. We do, however, prioritize vendors that are responsive and dependable based on our vetting and feedback.

3) Are you property managers?

No. We are not a property management company. We do not collect rent, manage tenants, or perform property management functions. We may refer you to property management companies and help you coordinate vendors.

6) What does “vetted” mean?

It means we use a quality-focused screening approach—availability, responsiveness, professionalism, and feedback. “Vetted” does not mean licensed, insured, or perfect in every scenario. You should always confirm licensing and insurance with any vendor you hire.

Yes. PCS moves are one of the main reasons we exist. We can help you build a plan and connect you to vendors and support partners to keep your home maintained and ready.

Yes—through vendor connections and admin support. We are not STR managers, but we can help connect you to cleaners, maintenance, lawn care, and other support partners.

It generally includes referral network access, admin coordination, checklists, and support structure. Vendor costs are separate and paid directly to the vendor.

Most requests receive a response within 24–72 business hours, depending on service area and request type.

We serve military families wherever our network has coverage. If we don’t have coverage in an area yet, we may still provide guidance and attempt to locate options—availability varies.
